Outboard engines are getting bigger, heavier and more powerful so many boaters are "re-powering" with new and heavier 4 stroke engines.

We have designed and implemented a new integrated travel stop (patent pending) on all jack plates effective August 1, 2006. We have also designed a new retrofit travel stop (patent pending) for all jack plates produced before this date.

Any jack plate that was built before August of 2006 requires a retro fit travel stop kit.

And in addition to the retro fit kit, any jack plate built before September 2005 requires a new top bolt.

We are making this available to all users of our jack plate free of charge. It is an easy DIY installation and comes complete with the travel stop, fasteners and instructions. Please contact us via internet or telephone to receive your free kit.
